It has been 2 months now since I started assembling a new PC. I know that I can buy a complete set but assembling it on my own can save me money. Well, it is based on my price calculation although it will take time but it’s worth the wait. I have been looking for pieces like the mother board, Ram, hard disk, power supply and so on. So far, I think I am on the right track and I am on 60% job completion.
For reference, I searched the internet for the list of complete computer parts that I lack and it leads me to us.kontron.com that sells AdvancedMC. Basically, AdvancedMC is the designation of Advance Mezzanine Cards which are printed circuit boards (PCBs) that follow a specification of the PCI Industrial Computers Manufacturers Group (PICMG). These sequences of specifications are designed to work on any carrier card primarily for AdvancedTCA. But, can also be plug into a backplane directly as defined by MicroTCA specification. Accordingly, with its great performance at low cost, AdvancedMC has become the requirements for the next generation of carrier grade communications equipment.
This is good information for my objective to finish the remaining 40% of assembling my PC. I just hope that everything will go as planned. If not I will proceed to plan B.

I am planning to build one myself. But, the problem is I don’t have time for it.
