ACER 10-Inch Aspire One Netbook

Set your mind as ease as Acer has just announced the highly-anticipated new Aspire One netbook, to provide the company’s fans with a larger 10-inch display, for an enhanced viewing experience. The company’s new netbook will also boast Microsoft’s Windows XP operating system, an integrated Bluetooth and an overall design that will allow it to enable a fast and simple working experience. This new 10-inch version of Acer’s Aspire One netbook, comes built on Intel’s Atom platform, combining the Mobile Intel 945GSE Express Chipset and an Intel Atom processor. Basically, the new system can also provide support for a maximum of 2GB of DDR2 memory, 160GB internal hard drive, a multi-in-one card reader, 802.11b/g Wireless connectivity and a weight of 1.18kg.
Equipped with a 10.1-inch WSVGA LED backlit display, the new Aspire One netbook can output a maximum resolution of 1024 by 600 pixels, offering a broader visual experience. In addition, the netbook can support a user’s choice for an embedded WiMAX or 3G wireless technology, thus providing users with a wider range of connectivity options. This has also been designed to provide support for 6-cell Li-Ion battery, which Acer guarantees to provide users with up to 7 hours of battery life. Additionally the netbook will be shipped with preinstalled software, including Acer eRecovery Management, Acer Launch Manager, Adobe Reader, McAfee Internet Security Suite, Microsoft Office Trial 2007.
