BlackBerrys' rumored slider phoneIt has been long rumored that Canadian mobile phone maker Research In Motion is to be on its way to deliver to the market a BlackBerry device that will boast a sliding form factor. It seems that more details on the matter emerged now. Moreover, there are also a series of leaked photos with the alleged slider available, so that enthusiasts can make an idea on what RIM has in store for them in the area.

Here are the details that emerged on the device, we can count the 360 x 480 pixel resolution for the phone’s touchscreen display, which won’t feature SurePress, it seems, as well as the possibility that it will run under BlackBerry OS 6.0. At the same time, the phone is reportedly including a 1050mAh battery inside, which can be considered rather small for a BlackBerry device. Unfortunately, the photos do not show the handset fired up, and we can only admire it from the outside.

In addition BlackBerry slider lack at the moment, yet previous rumors on the matter suggested that it would also include Wi-Fi 802.11n, and that it would come with GSM/HSPA connectivity on board.
