It has been a stressful month for wifey. She has developed some sort of anxiety insomnia last February 3. Before bedtime, she continually fears she might not be able to sleep. The thought of going to sleep already stress her until she becomes depressed over it.
The physician prescribes her something, but it did not work well. She continues to experienced insomnia until she burst with tears. We decided to go home to reduce her anxiety. She feels happier now that she is with her family.
For now she still has problems sleeping faster. We are still looking for the best over the counter sleeping pills. Her insomnia should be treated for her to feel her best. She can’t go on for a long time with less sleep. The problem should be stopped the soonest before it escalates to something bigger.
