want to achieve great physique

It is indeed a wonderful day today even if it’s quite gloomy outside. It’s a great indication that summer is already waving goodbye to us, which I find better in any way. I don’t like sun that much because this country has it a lot and it’s making the house way too uncomfortable. This kind of weather is just perfect for my review and for my exercise.

Just so you know I have been doing a lot of muscle pumping exercise lately. I wanted to achieve great physique not just to look good, but also to become healthy. It’s a bit frustrating to add more weight when I was doing my review. Sitting the whole day was my usual activity at that time, it’s no wonder I add up weight.
