considering yoga

I have to admit, I gained a lot of weight while preparing for the nerve wracking exam. But, it’s all worthy because I’m proud to say I passed it. Now, my new goal is to take off the extra pounds I gained, which is also challenging. I’m pretty sure I can make it with the right discipline, proper diet and exercise.

For now, I’m considering yoga as suggested by wifey. She already bought yoga pants for the two of us a few months ago. But, I’m not sure if we can keep up to it because it looks easy, yet it’s not. I tried watching some videos and followed it, but to no avail. I just have difficulty maintaining posture for a long time. Nevertheless, I will still try it for few more times until I get used to it, hopefully I will because I’ve heard it’s really beneficial both mentally and physically and even spiritually.
